Birds will be medicated (on pro biotics) and will be race banded (chipped) upon arrival. Please do not vaccinate before shipping

NEW - Back Up Birds
-You can send 1 backup bird for each team (1 to 3 birds). The perch fee is $75.00 and is due when birds are shipped. The backup birds must be designated at the time of shipping because it will be eligible for a $1,000. prize to be paid out only to the first designated backup birds in the final race.
-If, before the first preliminary race, your whole team is still here you can activate your backup birds to qualify for major prizes.
If your team is all here and you DO NOT want to activate your backup bird it will still fly the races and will compete for the $1,000. but will not be eligible for major prizes.
-If one of your team goes missing then there is no $200. activation fee for your backup birds and it will also still be competing for the backup prize as well as major prizes.
-If you have activated your backup bird and your original one goes missing you do not get a refund.
-In order to qualify for the Ace Bird prize the back up birds must have been activated, or be taking the place of an original bird before the first preliminary race.
-If there are any disputes they will be settled by the race committee.

1st Backup Bird $1000
$10,000.00 to overall best bird in 2 Training Races and The Edmonton Classic. This will be determined by average speed of all 3 races and the bird with the highest average wins.
All birds in the 1st drop are equal First and share equally in the accumulated prize money. After the first drop all prizes will be determined by electronic clocking order.
Pools will be paid out based on Electronic clocking order.

SUPPER - BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs with salads at the Goodchilds
BASKETING - 6:00 PM
POOLS - Open Saturday afternoon, owners can pool until Sunday 10:00 AM then pools are open to all. Pools will be paid out 100%. Out of town pooling must be received by 5:00 PM Saturday.
BUYBACKS - Deadline is Saturday 8:00 PM
